Serving on the board allows me to experience the organization's operations on a different level. As I will provide excellent leadership, I will also be developing new skills and be able to expand my network with mentors and unlimited professional opportunities. The exposure of serving will enhance my leadership skills and help our community while I learn more about decisions of governance, finance, ethics, legal issues and more.
