| I am a resident of the city that is personally invested in the well-being & representation of residents. As well as the city's economic development for the long-term benefit of families & residents that live here. Based on the location of my house I see how residents function practically, however I would love to witness more than just a functional use of the city. I believe that when people gather & have positive experiences that naturally impacts how well we live and do (economically). I would love to be part of bringing people together in the city at events and at local businesses. I want people to see themselves in the makeup of the city. Since I was a teenager I have been involved in internships/programs surrounding the betterment of where I lived using conversation & convening. I was also involved in social activism to try to improve the ways that policy could better meet the needs of its residents. I have been a campaign manager/director several times and see myself equipped to serve the city. |
