Meals of Wheels Volunteer (2 years), Court Appointed Special Advocate (Wayne County Probate Court 2018-2020), Former Volunteer Adopt a Flower Bed, Volunteer (2020) Sub Group Revised Ethics Ordinance City of Eastpointe, Neighbor Watch Group Volunteer and Block Captain. Employment, current manager/owner of Jrm Investigative Services, LLC, former Law Enforcement Executive, Retired Assistant Chief of Police (Investigations). Held administrative personnel hearings for members regarding disciplinary and recommendations for termination, review current personnel policies and made recommendations when warranted, and worked with four (4) labor unions. Lastly, Core Team representative for the 2004 Police Promotional Examination, and the redeployment of personnel with the closure of the Fourth Precinct.
