| As a City Councilman I have read the job requirements for various positions with the city. I know the ethical expectations for service. I have 20 yrs with a company that teaches and enforces ethics. Also as a 20 yr union employee I am very knowledgeable with job requirements and the importance of adhering to those requirements. |
